All of what I expected from Square Enix- but crashes after 5 secs on new iOS 8 update - please bug fix my favorite app!

I just downloaded the new IO8 version for the iPad mini and now I cannot even play.

Cant play it. On 8.0 and the game crashes when I try to open it.

This game is great but needs to be updated for iOS 8. It constantly crashes now at the title screen. Once it opened far enough that I could load a game, and then it crashed. Also, it keeps opening upside-down on my iPad mini even though I have the screen rotation locked.

Was great until iOS 8 came along now it wont open :(

I love this game but you guys have the fix this bug ever since your iOS 8.0.2 came out it doesnt work

I would be able to play the game once, and then as soon as it closes every time I open it up again it would crash right at the title screen and bring me back to the home screen. I have tried uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it but to no avail. If I could actually play the game it might get a higher rating.

It wont even load the game. Two seconds in it boots me out.

Personally, this is my only favorite iOS remake of a Final Fantasy game. Ive spent over 100 hours on this game and as much as I hated the difficulty having to hit so many brick walls, I loved the storyline and everything. Omega Weapon Max Level is certainly a legendary challenge. I wish this was on Game Center for achievements because in this game, that wouldve applied greatly to FFD. 5/5 stars. I really wish this game had iCloud Support though so I can restore my save files from another iPod. But overall, great game.

When IOS first came out my game stopped working completely. Since the most recent update I now cannot even play the prologue as "this app is no longer shared with you" error keeps showing up even though the game was origianlly downloaded on the device Im trying to use it on and I bought all the ingame purchases from this device. X_X

Downloaded on my 4s, decided to replay but keep getting redirected to a blank web page. But persistence got me to the game. Keep up the fixes

Why cant u just have under one price?? Why cash grab?? U divided up game for a bit extra pocket change?!? Seriously?!?!?! LAME

I figured out what to do to get access to the full game. There was an option to restore the game which I did and that allowed me to begin chapter 1 which made me very happy. Square should let users know this that way others in the future dont get stuck like I did. I hope I dont have to do this for each chapter but if I do, so long as it lets me continue, I can deal with that. Considering the prologue could be finished in less than 30 minutes if you dont bother to level, I think the prologue and chapter 1 should be free.

I loved the time playing it, enjoyed it very well, BUT 19$ ehhh, if you have the money buy the whole game. You will love it.

I dont think its fair that i owned this game when it was all bundled into one game and now i have to pay for everything again

Great game except for when I restored my phone got the game again and can no longer restore my purchases. Its asking me to buy them all again. So unless Im given them back its gonna stay 1 star.

App Store expects me to repay to play through this game again. Fix this. Or dont. Im never buying another apple product ever again. I cant report problems on this game for some unknown reason. And my first in depth review was deleted on account of my generic nickname. Thanks for that - youre making it easier and easier to hate your company in its entirety.

Playtime: story complete; 90 hours This FF spinoff title is sadly overlooked. The battle mechanics are very similar to the FFV class system with new features such as assigning Job points and discovering Fusion skills. Story-wise, youll find your classic FF storyline with the crystals and the Warriors of Light. There are many supporting cast members, small twists, and emotional moments throughout the game. Most of the party members are bland, though, with only a few of them having standout personalities. Fans of the series will recognize references and homages to previous FF titles. The main issue I have is the game being split up into separate parts, requiring you to pay for them if you want to continue the story. Why not just have it all as ONE game? Money-gouging is all I can think of. That being said, the game is worth the full price. Its a full-length FF adventure that outclasses most of the cheaper $0.99 RPGs youll find on the App Store.
