Good game but there are a few issues

I purchased the full story on my iPad and I enjoy the game, but there are a few issues. It sometimes crashes on the iPad Air (it didnt crash on my iPad first gen). And theres no way to disable the equipment optimization that happens every time you change your characters job. Please fix the crashing and add an option to turn the equipment optimization off!
